Q: Can I change my booking?

A: Yes. You can change the date of booking till 20 Days before the booked date free of charge. After that, there will be a cancellation charge as detailed in the next question.

 Q: How do I cancel my booking? What are the charges?

A: You can cancel your booking anytime. The cancellation charges are as follows:

20 Day before booked date 100% Refund.

10 Days before booked date 50% 

5 Days before booked Date no refund

For amount paid by cash, a cheque will be dispatched and for amount paid by card or net-banking, amount will be refunded within 7-9 Business days.
